Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99 for orders under $30, FREE for orders $30+
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
Not in love with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Acne patches, lip products, and other hygiene items are final sale for safety reasons
- Gift cards are non-refundable
How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a return shipping label
- Ship the item(s) back within 7 days
- Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged? Email us with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement immediately, no return needed.
